George Chiles

Mr. George Chiles, 72, of Greenville, South Carolina, departed this life on Sunday, May 20, 2018, at his home. He was a son of the late Samuel David Chiles, Sr., and Janie Lee Arnett Chiles.


Left to cherish many loving memories are his wife, Pearlene Crosby Chiles; two daughters, Fortrail L. Chiles of Mauldin and Melody (Darryl) Washington of Taylors; one son, George H. Chiles, Jr., of Roseville, CA; two sisters, Lola Ford of Mauldin and Hattie C. (Theodore) English of Greenville; two brothers, Samuel D. Chiles, and Charles A. (Barbara) Chiles, both of Greenville; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
