Mr. George Lee Croft, 66, of Simpsonville, South Carolina, departed this life on Saturday, August 26, 2017, at his home. He was a son of the late Frank and Bessie Lee Sales.
He was employed with Elliott Metal Works until his health declined.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Nancy Pamela Cheeks-Croft; sisters, Mary Ann Irby and Jeanette Adams and brothers, Archie Croft, Terry Sales, Jerry Sales and Rev. Charles Sales.
Left to cherish many fond and loving memories are his daughters, Iretha Croft-Thompson (Bartholomew) of Greenville, Lamisha (Roland) Crawley and Shayle Cheeks, both of Simpsonville; stepdaughters, Shequite Cheeks and Deborah Ann Blassingame, both of Greenville; stepson, Isiah Cheeks of Greenville; brothers, Donnell Sales of Hendersonville, NC, James Croft and Tommy Sales, both of Greenville; nine grandchildren, Danisha Croft, Symphony Thompson, Asia Thompson, Derrica Croft, Caleb Crawley, Quandeja Sanders, Diontarius Earley, Cantavious Earley and Isiah Cheeks, Jr.; four great-grandchildren; mother-in-law, Jessie Mae Coleman of Greenville, and a host of other relatives and friends.
