Ms. Gladys Lee “Big G” Kearse, 89, widow of the late Willie Kearse, of Greenville, South Carolina, passed away Sunday, November 26, 2023, at West Village Post Acute. Born in Anderson, South Carolina to the late Charlie and Purina Terrell Aiken.
Surviving: two daughters, Linda Aiken of the home and Brenda Kearse, Charlotte, NC; two sons, Willie (Desree) Kearse and Thomas Aiken both of Greenville, SC; two sisters, Sophia Aiken of Greenville, SC and Rosa Cook of Greenwood, SC ; one brother, Lee (Sonja) Aiken of Atlanta, GA; thirteen grandchildren; twenty-eight great-grandchildren.
Funeral Services: Saturday, Dec. 2, 2023, 1:30pm, at Mt. View Baptist Church, with interment in Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
