Ms. Grace Lou McKelvey Gary, 89, of Simpsonville, South Carolina, passed away Monday, February 5, 2024, at her residence. Born in Greenville, County, she was a daughter of the late Joseph L. and Eliza Thompson McKelvey.
Surviving: four daughters, Patricia (Leon) Parks of Simpsonville, SC, Magnolia Gary, and Margaret (Fred) Carter, both of Greenville, SC, and Nanetta Gary of Piedmont, SC; one son, Edward (Trinta) Gary of Greer, SC; one sister, Dr. Mary E. Welch, of Nashville, TN; twelve grandchildren; twenty-one great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral Services: Friday, February 9, 2024, 1:00pm, at Gethsemane Baptist Church, with interment in the church cemetery.
