Hattie Mae Glenn

November 27, 1946 — June 29, 2019

Mrs. Hattie Mae “Hat” Glenn, 72, of Greenville, South Carolina, departed this life on Saturday, June 29, 2019, at St. Francis Hospital Downtown. She was a daughter of the late James T. and Pearline Jenkins Tarrant, Sr.

She was a member of the United House of Prayer for All People, where she participated in the Nurses Auxiliary.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Connell Glenn, Jr.;a son, Frederick C. Glenn; and three brothers, Edgar Tarrant, Ben Tarrant and Berry L. Tarrant.

Fond and loving memories will be treasured by her three daughters, Pamela (Elvis) Morgan of Rock Hill, SC, Rhonda Glenn (Larry) Clark of Greer, SC, and Crystal Glenn (Francis) Defoe of Greenville, SC; one son, Reginald Glenn of Greenville, SC; a granddaughter reared in the home, Shamika (Timothy) Wright of Charlotte, NC; one brother, James T. (Betty) Tarrant, Jr. of Greenville, SC; nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
