Mrs. Henrietta D. “Dooley” McGowens, 73, of Easley, transitioned into eternal rest on Monday, May 31, 2021, at her residence. She was born in Liberty to the late Carl, Sr. and Florine Dukes.
She is survived by her husband of 54 years, David McGowens, Sr. of the home; one daughter, Melissa Pitts of Easley, SC; two sons, David McGowens, Sr. of Greenville, SC and Kenneth (Sherry) McGowens of Concord, NC; six grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral Service: Saturday, June 5, 2021, 11:00 a.m. at Watkins, Garrett & Woods Mortuary with interment in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
