Henry Griffin

Mr. Henry L. “Grip” Griffin, 77, of Greenville, passed on Wednesday December 26, 2018, St. Francis Hospital Eastside. He was a son of the late Norman and Sara Mulligan Griffin, Sr.

Surviving: five daughters, Cynthia (Montauge) Johnson, Denise (Maurice) Austin, Doris (Craig) Francis, Bertha (Sammy) Edwards, all of Greenville and Peggy (William) Sales of Greer; two sons, Stan (Lula Mae) Thompson of Duncan and Roger Thompson of Greenville; one sister, Peggy (Russell) Kennedy of Columbia; one brother, Norman Griffin, Jr.; sixteen grandchildren, twenty-four great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
