Mr. Hoyt Goodine, 74, of Simpsonville, South Carolina, passed away Sunday, October 15, 2023, at McCall Hospice House. Born in Oconee County, he was a son of the late Matthew William and Carrie Lee Linder Goodine.
Mr. Goodine served in the U.S. Navy.
He is survived by one son, Hoyt Demasso Goodine of Ft. Myers, FL; two brothers, Horace Goodine of the home and Billy Henry Goodine of Greenville, SC; one sister, Eleanor Eyvonne Goodine of Liberty, SC; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Funeral Services: Friday, October 27, 2023, 11:00am, at Flat Rock Missionary Baptist Church, with interment in M.J. Dolly Cooper Veterans Cemetery, 2:00pm, Anderson, SC.
