Isabella Gragg

Mrs. Isabella Verma “Mrs. Butch” Gragg, 91, of Greenville, SouthCarolina, departed this life on Thursday, October 5, 2017, at Greenville Health System. Born in Mayersville, Mississippi, she was the daughter of the late Houston Jackson and Lettie May Bowman. Jackson.

She was a retired Certified Nursing Assistant and was formerly a member of the St. Mary’s Baptist Church in Greenville, Mississippi. While there she served an usher and was a member of the Order of Easter Stars and VFW’s.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband,Winston Gragg; two sons, Elijah C. Hayes, Jr. and Donald Hayes and a grandson, Octavius R. Hayes.

Left to cherish many fond and loving memories are one daughter, Beverly (Craig) Griffin of Greenville; one son, Jeremy D. Gragg of Greenville; twelve grandchildren, Lakeisha Jones, Tiara “TA” Hayes, Shemika (Curtis) Rodgers, Dominique “Neko” (Brandi) Hayes, Kym “Red” Griffin, Diamond “Duty” Griffin, Tasha Shell, Marteze Hardy, Tyshundra Smith, Devin Grissett, Giovanni Trimmer and Jessica McGee; eleven great-grandchildren; a host of great-great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
