Mr. Jacare` Leon Mitchell, 38, of Greenville, passed on Saturday, June 21, 2021. He was born in Merced, California to Richard Joseph and Vida Wright Mitchell.
In addition to his parents, he survived by one aunt, Melinda Pendley (Melvin) Walker of Yulee, FL; two uncles, Wendell Wright of Simpsonville, SC and William Wright, III of Brevard, NC; special cousins, Africa Wright of Greenville, SC, Kenneth Bush of Laurens, SC and Dollie Jones of Greenville, SC; a special friend, Austin Williams of Frisco, TX; and a host of other relatives and friends.
The family will host "A Celebration of Life" on Saturday, July 24, 2021 at 4:00pm - 6:00pm at Phyllis Wheatley Community Center (Old Building).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the National Literacy Association.
