Mr. Jamar K. Brown, 41, of 208 Echols Street, passed away on Sunday, May 31, 2015 at Greenville Memorial Hospital. Born in Bridgeport, CT, he was the son of Mary Brown Preston and the late Cleotis Preston.
Surviving: daughters, Krystal Brown of New Britain, CT and Yamarie Brown of Hartford, CT; sons, Jeremy Brown of Hartford, CT and Jamar Brown, Jr. of New Britain, CT; sisters, Chantel Williams and Felecia Preston, both of Trenton, NJ, and Veronica Trotter of Bridgeport, CT: brothers; Nigel Brown of Atlanta, GA, and Hashim Preston, Billy Pettway, and Anthony Preston, all of Bridgeport, CT.
Funeral Services: Monday, June 8, 2015, 3:00 PM at Watkins, Garrett & Woods Mortuary, with burial in Resthaven Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 2:00-3:00 PM at the mortuary.
