Mr. James Floyd Belcher, 65, of Greenville, South Carolina, passed on May 25, 2019. He was a son of the late Floyd and Rosetta Williams Belcher.
Surviving are two sisters, Delores Simpson and Linda Belcher, both of Greenville, SC; two brothers, William Charles (Deborah) Belcher and Bobby Earl Williams, both of Greenville, SC; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
