James Dotson

Mr. James Rufus “Geeza” Dotson, 69, passed on Tuesday, August 9, 2016, at Greenville Health System. Born in Anderson County, he was a son of the late Hulon Dotson and Ruth Simmons Dotson.
“Geeza” was preceded in death by two brothers, Jimmy Allen Dotson and Benny Ray Dotson and two sisters, Linda Faye Dotson and Sylvia Jean Thompson.
He is survived by a son, Patrick Dotson of Goose Creek; sisters, Tunia Dotson of the home, Betty Pressley, Shelly Dotson and Glenda Dotson, all of Greenville; brothers, David Williams, Jr. and James B. Dotson, both of Greenville; a grandchild, Jaiden Xavier Dotson and a host of other relatives and friends
