Mr. James Robert Hughey, 90, formerly of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, passed on Wednesday, July 27, 2022, at Northside Hospital in Gwinnett County, Georgia. He was the son of the late George Henderson Hughey and Lila Jackson Hughey.
Surviving: three daughters, Dianne P. Hughey, Clara Mae Hughey and Debbie Hughey, all of Philadelphia, PA; two sons, James Burnside of Greenville, SC and John W. Hughey of Philadelphia, PA; three sisters, Bettye Fincher, Hattie Mitchell both of Greenville, SC and Annie Ruth Miller of Richmond, VA; one brother, Samuel Hughey of Greenville, SC; seven grandchildren and a host of great-grands, other relatives and friends.
Funeral Service: Saturday, September 17, 2022, 3"30pm, at Watkins Garrett & Woods Mortuary, with interment in Pinedale Memorial Park, Piedmont, SC.
