James Lynch

Mr. James Lynch, Jr., of Greenville South Carolina, passed on Wednesday, May 15, 2019. He was a son of the late James and Lucille Sullivan Lynch, Sr.

He was a graduate of Washington High School and worked for Estes Express Lines for twenty-two years. He was a member of St. Paul Baptist Church.

James was preceded in death by a son, Jameson Mason; four sisters, May Sue Goldsmith, Essie Mae Simpson, Hattie Ree Garrison and Laura Lee Herd; and one brother, Willie Priestly.

Surviving are his wife, Cheryl Lynch of the home; a stepdaughter, Tameika Hunt (Terrance) Cummings of Greenville; two sons, Eric Lynch (Rachel) and James Lynch, III, both of Greenville; four sisters, Pearlie Lynch, Apostle Effie (Joe) Butler, Janie Nance and Minnie Wideman, all of Greenville; two sisters-in-law, Cathy Johnson and Yvolandia Hunt, both of Greenville; two aunts, Marion Ladson and Claudie Kelley, both of Greenville; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; a devoted nephew, Michael Garrison; and a host of other relatives and friends.
