Mr. James “Bibby” Madden Jr., 62, of Greenville, South Carolina, departed this life on Saturday, July 14, 2018, at St. Francis Hospital Downtown. Born in Greenville County, he was a son of Margaret Fuller-Madden and the late James Madden, Sr.
He was a self-employed auto mechanic and a member of Rock of Ages Baptist Church. He was a veteran of the United States Army.
Left to cherish many fond and loving memories: his wife, Belinda Irby Madden of the home; his mother, Margaret Fuller Madden of Piedmont, SC; two sons, James “Trey” Madden, III, of Greenville, SC, and James C. Madden Gambrell, of Piedmont, SC; three sisters, Joanne Jones of Piedmont, SC, Shirley (Jerome) Anderson, and Regina Madden, both of Greenville, SC; two grandchildren; a special nephew, Mark Anderson of Greenville, SC; three nieces; one great-niece, one great-nephew; and a host of other relatives and friends.
