James Madison

Mr. James Benjamin “Bud” Madison, 90, of Greenville, of 340 Loop Street, passed on Thursday, September 1, 2016, at his home. Born in Greenville County, he was the son of the late Benjamin and Kattie Smith Madison. He was preceded in death by his wife, Waltina Freeman Madison and sisters, Ruby Madison Kelley and Virginia Madison Williams.

Surviving: sons, James “Boot” (Charlotte) Madison of Greenville, Leon Madison of the home, Donnie Madison of the home, Bobby (Edna) Madison of Greenville, Charles (Kathey) Madison of Greenville, and Nathaniel Madison of the home; eleven grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren, six great-great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
