Mr. James McKinney, 56, passed on Tuesday, November 24, 2015, at Anmed Health Center. He was the son of the late Wallace B. Walker and Mary Louise McKinney.

Surviivors: Janice McKinney, ex-wife, daughters, Latonya McKinney, Felicia Allgood and Stephanie Dawkins; son, Ricky McKinney; brothers, Dennis Webb, Wayne, Allen, Kenneth and Jimmie McKinney.
