Mr. James Allen “Whimp” Rogers, 37, passed away on Thursday, February 4, 2016, at St. Francis Hospital. He was born in Greenville and was a son of James Atkins and Joyce Rogers (William) Sullivan.
He received an associate degree in Industrial Maintenance from Greenville Technical College and was employed at Nutra Manufacturing Company
In addition to his parents, he is survived by daughter, Jazmine Butler of Greenville; son, James Rogers, Jr. of Greenville; sisters, Valerie (Terrell) Sullivan of Simpsonville, Stephanean (Rico) Jones of Greer and Shenika Rogers of Greenville; brother, John Rogers of TN; girlfriend, Cadi Gardner of Greenville; grandparents, Dora Rogers of Greenville and Sue Taylor of Taylors; aunt, Mae Lois Dawkins of Greenville; uncles, Bobby Lee Rogers and Sammy Rogers, both of Greenville and a host of other relatives and friends.
