Mr. James Carlos “Spud” Ware, 51, of Greenville, South Carolina, passed on Sunday, June 3, 2018, at Duke University Hospital, Durham, North Carolina. He was a son of Betty Ann Ware Kerns and the late Willie Lee Means.
After graduating from Wade Hampton High School in 1985, he enlisted in the United State Air Force where he served from 1985 to 2006. He was a member of Son of God Ministry.
“Spud” was a computer expert and was known for using his expertise to assist others with their computer issues. He always had a smile, a hug, and an “I love you” for everyone. He loved his family especially his children.
Left to cherish many fond and loving memories are his wife, Tamicka Walls Ware of Huntington, WV; his mother, Betty A. Ware (T.K.) Kerns of Greenville; two daughters, Jenethia Ware of Charleston, SC, and LeQueen Ware of Huntington, WV; four sons, Rashon Ware of Greenville, SC, Jalen Ware of Valdosta, GA, Stefon Ware and Yorhiness Walls, both of Huntington, WV; two sisters, LaShonda Brown and Tasha Means, both of Greenville, SC; one brother, Rafel Pinson of Charlotte, NC; five grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
