Mrs. Janie Williams, 63, of 617 Scottswood Road, Taylors, passed away on Tuesday, August 12, 2014 at Palmetto Health Hospital. Born in Greenville, she was the daughter of the late Agnes Nelson and Paul Clark. She was preceded in death by her son, Phillip Williams, Jr.
Surviving, in addition to her father: a lifelong partner; Leonard E. Dendy: daughters; Sharon (Spencer) Black, Phyllis Williams, Patricia (Michael) Sullivan, and Rene Williams, all of Greenville: brothers; Eddie (Mary) Clark, Roy (Irene) Clark, Danny (Betty) Clark of Valdosta, GA, James (Vanessa) Clark, Larry (Renee) Clark, and Michael Nelson, all of Greenville: two sisters; Shirley (Ben) Drummond and Latosha Clark of Charlotte, NC: eleven grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
Funeral Service: Sunday, August 17, 2014, 4:30 PM at Watkins, Garrett & Woods Mortuary, with private burial.
