Jennie Blake

Ms. Jennie Lucille Blake, 89, of 109 Davis Street, Easley, passed away on Wednesday, June 11, 2014, at Rainey Hospice House, Anderson. Born in Dacusville, she was the daughter of the late Ulysses and Rosa Lee Blake. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Rosa Lee Blake and four brothers. She enjoyed watching soap operas and talking on the telephone with friends.

Left to cherish her memories: daughter; Annie (James) Lomax of Easley: goddaughter; Delfina “China” Shinberger of Easley: sisters; Willie “Pearlie” Robinson of Greenville, and Maria B. Williams and Velma B. Griffin, both of Easley: five grandchildren: eleven great grandchildren: and three great-great grandchildren.

Funeral Service: Monday, June 16, 2014, 2:00 PM at Watkins, Garrett & Woods Mortuary with burial in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
