Jennifer Clark

Dr. Jennifer C. Clark, 58, of Simpsonville, South Carolina, departed this life on Thursday, August 22, 2019, at her home. She was a daughter of Ella Brown Castile and the late Willie H. Castile.

In August 1986, she received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of South Carolina in Columbia, SC. In May 1993, she received a Master of Business Administration from The Citadel in Charleston, SC, and in May 2009, she received a Doctor of Philosophy in Systems Engineering from the University of Alabama in Huntsville, AL

Surviving, along with her mother, are her husband, Curtis G. Clark of the home; two sisters, Priscilla Way of Cayce, SC, and Vanessa Castile of Columbia, SC; four brothers, Nathaniel Brown of Columbia, SC, Willie (Cheryl) Castile of Huntsville, AL, Anthony Castile of Columbia, SC, and John (Rebecca) Castile of Greer, SC; three stepdaughters, DeAndra (James) Lalanne of Jacksonville, FL, DeMetria (Austin) Barnes of Mauldin, SC, and Courtney P. Clark of Mobile, AL; three stepsons, Gregory (Ebonie) Powe of Glen Bernie, MD, Lamont (Erica) Watson of Irmo, SC, and Merrick (Kristen) Watson of Atlanta, GA; eleven step-grandchildren; four step-great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
