Jerry Blassingame

Mr. Jerry Michael Blassingame, Sr., 68, of Greenville, South Carolina, departed this life on Wednesday, July 3, 2019, at Prisma Health Upstate. He was a son of the late Noah and Ruth Blassingame.

He was employed at Greenville Technical College for 10 years, he had a roofing career  for over 20 years. Jerry enjoyed painting, also helping his family and friends with home repairs.

Left to cherish many fond and loving memories are his wife, Annie Ruth Brown Blassingame of the home; four daughters, Sarah Brown and Traci Neely, both of Greenville, Paulette (Willie) Freeman of Greer, and Melissa (Greg) Taylor of Greenville; one son, Jerry Michael (Sheryl) Blassingame, Jr., of Greenville; three sisters, Mary Henry, Carolyn Blassingame and Bobbie (Darryl) Smith, all of Greenville; one brother, Billy Blassingame of Greenville; fourteen grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
