Joann Floyd

Ms. Joann Floyd, 69, of Greenville, South Carolina, passed on October 26, 2018, at St. Francis Hospital. She was a daughter of the late Elliott Long and Lillian Floyd Henry.

She was a graduate of Sterling High School. At an early age, she attended the United House of Prayer, then joined First Christian Fellowship Church.

She was preceded in death by a sister Willie Ruth Meadows.

Left to cherish many fond and loving memories, one daughter, Evette Floyd of Charlotte, NC; five sisters, Virginia Mae Gary, Agnes Floyd Glenn, Shirley Floyd Arteaga and Betty Long Brown, all of Greenville, SC and Kathy Floyd of Charlotte, NC; five brothers, Robert (Sharon) Floyd of Rock Hill, SC, Jackie (Bessie) Floyd of Columbia, SC, Harold Long, James Long and Charles Floyd, all of Greenville, SC; four grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
