Joe Dogan

Mr. Joe H. Dogan, 66, of 127 Lockman Drive, passed away on Monday, May 11, 2015 at McCall Hospice House. Born in Greenville County, he was the son of the late John and Annie Olivia Hamilton Dogan. He was preceded in death by wife, Johnnie Dogan, six sisters, and five brothers.

Surviving: a devoted sister, Mary Jenkins of the home; daughters, Tabitha Y. Dogan of Piedmont, Jovay Dogan, and Amanda (Franklin) Mayes, both of Greenville: son, Gustavius “Jabo” (Rebecca) Samuel, Sr., of Greer: sisters, Clara (Fred) Henderson of Mauldin, Mary Jenkins of the home, Nancy Munford of Cleveland, OH; brothers, Albert (Marcella) Dogan and Alvin (Lorine) Dogan, both of Greenville; ten grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral Service: Saturday, May 16, 2015, 2:00 PM at Flat Rock Missionary Baptist Church, 250 N Flat Rock Rd, Piedmont, with burial in church cemetery.
