Mr. John Ansel Poole, 59, of Greenville, South Carolina, passed on Saturday, February 19, 2022, at Heartland Hospice. He was born to the late Margie Lee Poole Smith and John Latimore.
He is survived by his companion of 30 years, Kim Yvette Hicks; his stepfather, George Smith, Sr. of Greenville, SC, one daughter, Mercedes Poole of Greenville, SC; two sons, Tario Poole of Piedmont, SC, and Marcus Graves (Jennifer Shell) of Greenville, SC; two sisters, Joycie (Terry) Thompson of Piedmont, SC and Deborah (Rev. Jerome) Rabb of Piedmont, SC; one brother, George (Sujuan) Smith, Jr. of Piedmont, SC; seven grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral Service: Wednesday, February 23, 2022, 4:00pm at Watkins, Garrett & Woods with private interment.
