John Alexander Moore

Mr. John Alexander “Chubby” Moore, 61, passed February 8, 2021, at his residence. He was a son of Bernice Moore and the late James Buddy Drummond.


Surviving: in addition to his mother; his wife, Myra Moore of Simpsonville, SC; stepfather, Ralph Hackney of Carson, CA; his only daughter, Natalie N. Moore of Greenville, SC; sons, John T. Moore of Greenville, SC, Klein Tabora of Miami, FL, Kyle Tabora of Greenville, SC; brother, Michael (Lynn) Mayhew of Greenville, SC; Sisters, Tressemme` Hackney of Carson, CA, Deborah Watts of Greenville SC, Tammy Drummond of Greenville, SC, Yolanda Drummond of Greenville, SC; stepsister, Marshay Harris of Bakersfield California; several aunts and uncles; grandchildren, CJ, Jaylen, Azaria, Zaniya, Kiera, Zaiya; beloved friend, Dawn Selph; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.


Funeral Service: Friday, February 12, 2021, 3:30 p.m. at Watkins, Garrett and Woods Mortuary, with a Private Burial.
