Mr. John Daniel Blue, Sr.

Mr. John Daniel Blue, Sr., 86, of Greenville, South Carolina, husband of the late Mary Anderson Blue, passed away on Sunday January 26, 2025 at Prisma Health Greenville Memorial Hospital. Born in Edgecombe, North Carolina, he was a son of the late Daniel and Laura Porter Blue.

Surviving: five sons, John Daniel Blue, Jr., of Atlanta, GA, Marvin Wayne Blue of Winston Salem, NC, Reginald Arness Blue and Marlon Charles (Atsuko) Blue, both of Lemon Grove, CA, and Tschan Mikael (Jan) Anderson of Spartanburg, SC; three daughters, Shantel Monique Anderson (Laquica Lewis) of Gray Court, SC, Danielle Latrice (Leonard II) Peterson of Belgium, and Caprice Shontel (Naterian Sr.) Vance of Greenville, SC; one sister, Rosa Binns of Virginia Beach, VA; and a host of grandchildren; one great-grandson; other relatives and friends.

Graveside Service: Friday, February 7, 2025, 1:00pm, at Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
