Mr. John Christopher Cheeks, 50, of Greenville, South Carolina passed on Saturday, December 3, 2022, at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. He was a son of Shirlene Oliver Cheeks Moten and the late John L. Cheeks.
He was the husband of Virginia “Gini” Greeley Cheeks for 28 years.
In addition to his mother and his wife, he is survived by one daughter, Krista Oleama Cheeks of Greenville, SC; two sons, Johnathan “Sonny” Christopher Cheeks of Spartanburg, SC, Jlynn Elijah Cheeks of the home; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral Services: Wednesday, December 7, 2022, 2:00pm, at Watkins Garrett & Woods Mortuary, with interment in private.
