Mr. John Henry “P-Funk” Johnson, 58, of Taylors, South Carolina passed away Saturday, November 4, 2023, at his residence. He was a son of the late Theodus and Geneive Murray Johnson.

Surviving: four daughters, Rylee Bohanon, Najee Aiken, Kenteazia Aiken and Ivey Gilmore, all of Greenville, South Carolina; four sons, Kez Gilmore of the home, Jervocus Aiken of Greenville, SC, Blake Brown of Tampa, FL and Pealar Aiken of Greenville, SC; one sister, Valarie Jenkins of North Augusta, SC; three brothers, Fred Johnson, Derrick Dogan and Daquan Dogan, all of Greenville, SC; eleven grandchildren; a special friend, Cynthia Aiken; god parents, Ernest and Lucy Watson; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services: Saturday, November 11, 2023, 11:00am at St. Mark United Methodist Church with interment in church cemetery.
