Mr. John Wesley “JR” Rogers, 67 of Clemson, South Carolina, husband of Linda Rogers, passed Tuesday, January 9, 2024, at Lila Doyle Post Acute. He was a son of the late Amos, Sr. and Lillie Mae Griffin Rogers.
Surviving: in addition to his wife, two daughters, Sasha (Josh) Hill of Pickens, SC and Amy Webster of Newport News, VA; one son, Terence (Christy) Rogers of Easley, SC; two sisters, Eleanor Sutton of Pickens, SC and Jean Rogers (Melford) Sloan of California; one brother, Williams (Louise) Rogers of Pickens, SC; thirteen grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral Services: Monday, January 22, 2024, 2:00pm, at Griffin Ebenezer Baptist Church, with interment in Secona Cemetery.
