Mr. Johnnie Lee Ashmore, 67, of Simpsonville, South Carolina, departed
this life on September 19, 2018, at his home. He was the son of the late Melvin and Molly Thompson Ashmore.
He was preceded in death by one daughter, Michelle Ashmore; and three brothers, Willie Ashmore, William Ashmore and Wilbert Ashmore.
Left to cherish many fond memories are his wife, Mary Brownlee Ashmore of the home; three sons, Patrick Brownlee, Gregory (Frances) Brownlee, both of Greenville, and Johnnie (Faye) Ashmore of Fountain Inn; one sister, Mamie (Paul) McCullough of Greenville; eleven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
