Johnnie "Hammer" Reid

Mr. Johnnie Melvin “Hammer” Reid Sr. of 307 Blossom Drive, Greenville passed on Wednesday, July 29, 2015 at St. Francis Hospital. He was the son of the late Willie Mae Reid. He was married to the late Patricia Ann Ferguson Reid.

He is survived by his daughters; Debra Jackson of Greenville, SC, Teresa (George) Smith of Simpsonville, SC and Barbara Reid of the home; sons, Cornell Mack of MD, Steve Davis, Michael A. (Earnestine) Reid and Johnny M. (Sharon) Reid Jr. all of Greenville, SC; sister, Ola Mae Elrod of Greenville, SC; nine grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
