Mr. Johnny Lee Paden, Sr., of 103 Beechwood Avenue, passed away on Wednesday, August 6, 2014 at his daughter’s home on 36 Blake Street. Born in Raleigh, NC, he was the son of the late Nathaniel and Pecora Lee Mingo Paden. He served in the U. S. Army.
Survivors: Daughters, Deborah V. Thompson of Chicago, IL, Maria G. Paden Boston, Michelle R. Paden, and Angela Paden Carrington all of Greenville; sons, Johnny Lee Paden, Jr. of Greenville and Timothy X. Paden of Chicago; brother, Robert Lee Paden of California; sixteen grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
Funeral Service: Tuesday, August 12, 2014 at 1:00 PM at Watkins, Garrett & Woods Mortuary with burial in Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
