Mrs. Josephine M. Bowens, 83, of Easley, South Carolina, passed on Friday, October 29, 2021, at St. Francis Hospital Downtown. Born in Easley, she was a daughter of the late Rev. J.J. and Gladys Thompson Miles.
Surviving: two daughters, Robbie Elaine Bowens and Elmira Ferguson; two sons, Elise Ferguson and Kenneth Bowens; a sister, Norma Jean Bowens; ten grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral Service: Friday, November 5, 2021, 2:00 pm, at John Wesley United Methodist Church, with interment at Greenlawn Memorial Park, Easley, SC.
