Ms. Katherine Byrd, 64, of Greenville, passed on Tuesday, July 28, 2020, at St. Francis Hospital Downtown. Born in Laurens County, she was a daughter of Sarah Hailstock Byrd, and the late Daniel Byrd.
Surviving; In addition to her Mother, sons; Kardrekus (Aimee) Byrd of Williamston, Nigel (Andrea) Byrd, of Simpsonville. sisters; Gloria (Samuel) Belcher, of Simpsonville, and Priscilla Ann Chapman, of Greenville. brother; Rev. Ralph Donnie (Kristi) Byrd, of Greenwood. four grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
Graveside: Tuesday, August 4, 2020, 1:00 pm, at St. Vaughnville Baptist Church, Chappell, SC., with burial in church cemetery.
