Mr. Kennith Allen Gamble, 74, of Easley, South Carolina, departed this life on Monday, September 10, 2018, at his home. He was the son of Gladys M. Gamble McDonald and the late Louis A. Gamble.
He was a 1962 graduate of Clearview High School and served in the U.S. Air Force. He retired from General Electric with over 25 years of service. He also worked for the City of Easley after his retirement. He earned an associates degree from Rutledge College and was a member of Easley Union Missionary Baptist Church, where he faithfully served on the audio/visual committee.
He was preceded in death by his father; his wife, Earnestine Hunt Gamble; a son, Allen Timothy Gamble; and a sister, Palmer Jean Gamble.
Left to cherish many fond and loving memories are his mother, Gladys M. Gamble of Easley; one daughter, Tracy (Jean) Gamble of Easley; two sons, Tony (Yoshika) Gamble of Anderson and Tom (Amber) Gamble of Simpsonville; one brother, Benjamin Gamble of Easley; four grandchildren, Dejuan, Aaliyah, Caden and Alexis Gamble, all of Simpsonville; five sisters-in-law, Mary (Nathaniel) Sligh of Greenville, Margaret Hunt of Windsor, CT, Peggy Hicks of Plains, GA, Jane Hunt of Bloomfield, CT, and Kay Hunt of Americus, GA; a special friend, Louise Cannon of Easley; his loving dog, Rocky; and a host of other relatives and friends.
