Laura Jones

Mrs. Laura Mae Jones, 88, of Greenville, South Carolina,departed this life on Wednesday, December 4, 2019, at Heartland Health East. She was the daughter of the late Arnold Moss and Hattie E. Allen.

She was a 1949 graduate of Sterling High School and was a member of Enoree Baptist Church, where she was the mother of the Church, a Missionary and Assistant Sunday School Secretary.

She was preceded in death by a grandson, Brian D. Jones, and a granddaughter, Shanilla Jones.

Surviving are three daughters, Yvonne Hagood, Janet Jones both of Greenville, SC and Freddie Jean Jones of Greenville,SC; one son, Fred Jones, Jr., of Piedmont, SC; five granddaughters, Latasha (Mark) Primus, Latonya (Casey) Donald, Ladrona Jones, Kimberly (Robert) Whiteside and Latrice Hagood; twenty-one great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
