Mr. Leonard Edward Dendy, 79, of Greenville, South Carolina, passed on Friday, August 19, 2022, at Prisma Health Greenville Memorial Hospital. He was a son of the late Jessie and Emma Lee Campbell Dendy.
He was the widow of the late Janie Williams Dendy.
Surviving: five daughters, Valarie Bankhead of Raleigh, NC, Rene’ Williams of Orangeburg, SC, Sharon Black, Phyllis Williams, and Patricia Williams all of Greenville, SC; three sisters, Helen Williams, Lillie Williams, and Nellie Dendy, all of Greenville, SC; one brother, Raymond Dendy of Greenville, SC; twelve grandchildren; and a host of great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
Funeral Service: Saturday, August 27, 2022, 1:00pm at Watkins, Garrett and Woods Mortuary with interment private.
