Leroy Johnson

Mr. Leroy “Duck” Johnson, Sr., 76, of Pickens, South Carolina, passed on February 11, 2021, at his home. He was a son of the late Essie Johnson.

Surviving: his wife, Daisy Johnson of the home; one son, Leroy Johnson, Jr. of Liberty, SC; six daughters, Leslie (Anthony) Holliday of Pickens, SC, Shanmora (Quincy) Hunter of Powdersville, SC, Sasha Johnson of Easley, SC, Jacqueline (Jerry) Langston of Easley, SC, Zandra Artis of Albany, NY and Teri Blount of Atlanta, GA; three sisters, Dora (Fred) Wakefield, Joyce (Stan) Williams, and Frances Holley, all of Pickens, SC; one brother, Howard Johnson of Anderson, SC; eleven grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral Service: Friday, February 19, 2021, 11:00am at Watkins, Garrett & Woods Mortuary with burial at Hillcrest Memorial Park, Pickens SC.
