LeShawn Murry Peckham

Ms. LeShawn Yvetta “Boot” Murry Peckham, 42, of Charlotte, North Carolina, departed this life on Thursday, April 25, 2019. She was a daughter of Denise Ann Murry and the late Thomas Frank Jones, Jr.

She graduated from Winthrop College with a Masters’ Degree in Accounting. She was a Controller, Accountant, Entrepreneur, Realtor and a non-profit Organization Founder.

She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Mary Elizabeth Singleton; her grandfather, Curtis Murry; her paternal grandparents, Thomas and Mabel Jones, Sr.; and two uncles, Curtis J. Murry and John A. Gieger.

Left to cherish many fond and loving memories are her mother, Denise A. Murry of Greenville; one son, Dylan Matthew Peckham of San Antonio, TX; two sisters, Tongela Thompson and Kanetha Goldsmith, both of Greenville, SC, four aunts, Karen Murry and Sheila Murry, both of Taylors, SC and Debra Agnew of and Rose McCormick of Michigan ; three uncles, Mitchel Murry of Taylors, SC, and Harl Dean Singleton and Michael Jones, both of Greenville, SC; and a host of other relatives and friends.
