Leuvenia Edwards

Mrs. Leuvenia Edwards, 85, of 20 Deacon Street, passed away on Monday, December 15, 2014, at her home. Born in Greenville, she was the daughter of the late Julius and Minnie Lee Boozer Johnson. She was preceded in death by her husband, Brinton Edwards, a daughter, Pacita Jones, two brothers, and one sister.

Surviving: sisters; Mamie Collington and Edna Hawthorne, both of Greenville: brother; Walter Johnson of Chicago, IL: brother-in-law; Furman Makins of Greenville: sister-in-law; Sue Johnson of Simpsonville: son-in-law; Frank Jones of Belton: grandchildren; Sonya Johnson, Kimberly (Charles) Goodwin, all of Gray Court, and Victoria Richardson of Sumter: nine great grandchildren: five great-great grandchildren: two great grandchildren; Brailyn Jaurice Young and Brinton Jairius Gambrell, reared in the home.

Funeral Service: Friday, December 19, 2014, 2:00 PM at Tabernacle Baptist Church, with burial in Greenville Memorial Gardens.
