Lois Jameson

Mrs. Lois Jameson, 67, departed this life on Saturday, January 2, 2016, at St. Francis Downtown. She was born on July 14, 1948, to the late Mr. George Gatewood and Mrs. Mary Harper.

She attended Sterling High School. She formerly worked for the Greenville Hospital System and Muffin Man Bakery.

She was preceded in death by her former husband, Mr. Will F. Jameson Jr.; a daughter, Ms. Cheryl E. Jameson; two sisters, Ms. Brenda F. Gordon and Mrs. Peggy A. Wright and two brothers, Mr. Morris Johnson and Mr. Franklin D. Johnson.

She is survived by a daughter, Betty J. McGee of Simpsonville, SC; two sons, Will F. Jameson III and Brian A. Jameson, both of Greenville, SC; four sisters, Mary Green of Atlanta, GA, Dorothy Johnson and Sandra Massey, both of Greenville, SC and Shirley S. McKinney of Mauldin, SC; two brothers, Bruce Gordon and Jerry Gordon, both of Greenville, SC; ten grandchildren; nine great-children and a host of other relatives and friends.
