Lou Evelyn Gregory

Mrs. Lou Evelyn Gregory, 60, of McCormick, South Carolina, departed this life on Tuesday, February 14, 2017, at Greenville Health System. Born in Greenville, South Carolina, she was a daughter of the late Noble and Della Mae Lee Jones. She was a member of Allen Temple AME Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Williena Gregory and a sister, Sylvia Jones Dennis.

Left to never forget many fond memories are her husband, William Gregory, Sr., of the home; daughters, Lanicka (Bobby) Daniel of Greenville, Dellette N. Brown of Simpsonville, Josette (Sheridan) Gregory of Ware Shoals, and Angela (John) Gregory of Greenville; sons, William D. Gregory, Jr., of Greenwood and Dwight (Belinda Pike) Gregory of Greenville; sister, Myra (Willie) Grady of Greenville; brothers, Larry (Loretta) Jones of Greenville and Michael Jones of Taylors; thirteen grand-children; one great-grandchild; an aunt, Melvyne Bowie of Calhoun Falls; an uncle, Otis (Mary) Lee of Greenville and a host of other relatives and friends.
