Mrs. Louisa Williams “Madear”, 98, of Travelers Rest, South Carolina, passed on Thursday, October 27, 2022, at Prisma Health Hospital. Born in Linden, AL, she was a daughter of Ed and Dilcy Poellnitz. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
She was the wife of the late Charles Williams.
Surviving: one daughter, Eloise Robinson of Travelers Rest, SC; one son, Jimmy (Diane) Booker of Greer, SC; nine grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Funeral Service: Saturday, November 5, 2022, 11:00am, at Mt. Sinai Missionary Baptist Church, with interment in Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
