Louise Jones

Mrs. Louise Lisa Jones, 76, of Greenville, South Carolina, passed on Saturday, May 28, 2022, at McCall Hospice in Simpsonville, South Carolina. She was a daughter of the late Rev. Hurbert Lee and Merlee Loures Williams. She was the widow of the late Melvin Billy Jones for 45 years.

She leaves to cherish fond and loving memories: two daughters, Melissa Posey, and Erika Jones, both of Greenville, SC; five sons, Anthony Williams, of New York, CT, Melvin (Carol) Jones, Jr., of Chicago, IL, Mark Jones, of Minneapolis, MN; Leaunder Jones and Antoine Jones, both of Greenville, SC; two sisters, Barbara (Stanley) Williams, of Conyers, GA, and Loretta Ohonba, of Stone Mountain, GA; three brothers, Hurbert Lee Williams, Jr., of Winston Salem, NC, Kenneth Williams and Keith Williams, both of Greenville, SC; sixteen grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral Service: Sunday, June 5, 2022, 3:00pm at Mount Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church with interment in Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
