Mrs. Maggie Brooks, 68, of 1905 Anderson Road, passed away on Monday, November 17, 2014, at her home. Born in Greenville SC. She was the daughter of the late Helen Peterson Hamilton and Charlie Edward Hamilton.
Left to cherish her loving fond memories is her husband of 52 years Leo Brooks of the home. Daughters; Valerie (Kevin) Brooks-Madden of Fountain Inn. Toras Brooks of Greenville. Step-Daughter; Beverly (Bud) Robinson of Greer. Son; Greg Brooks of Charlotte NC. Brother; Rev. Charles E. (Maurice) Hamilton of Greenville. Two Devoted Aunts; Ollie R. Clark, Dorothy (James) Austin both of Greenville. sixteen grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild. A host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral Service: Friday, November 21, 2014, 3:00 P.M. at Watkins Garrett & Woods Mortuary, with burial in Bethlehem UMC Cemetery.
