Mrs. Mamie J. Grant, 84, of Easley, South Carolina, passed away Saturday, January 20, 2024, at Prisma Easley Baptist Hospital. Born in Greenville, County, she was a daughter of the late Hovi and Mamie Garrison Rosemond.
Surviving: a daughter, Co- Thelma Tarrence, of Easley, SC; three sons, James E. (Kathryn) Grant, of Chapel Hill, NC; John Melvin Grant, Jr., of Simpsonville, SC; and Kenneth Bernard Grant, of Greenville, SC; two brothers, Jesse (Kathy) Rosemond, of Kansas, and Henry (Joy) Rosemond, of Baton Rouge, LA; twelve grandchildren, eight great great- grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral Services: Saturday, January 27, 2024, 12:00noon, at I-85 Church of Christ, with interment in Greenville Memorial Gardens, at 3:00pm.
