Mr. Marvin Matthew Sims, 73, of Anderson, passed on Thursday, April 16, 2020, at Rainey Hospice of Anderson. He was a son of the late Waymon and Sarah Sims.
Surviving: one daughter, Allison Sims of Greenville, SC; three sons, Rodrigus Carson of Augusta, GA, Melvin Sims of Greenville, SC and Marvin Sims of Atlanta, GA; two sisters, Dorothy Thompson of Anderson, SC, and Hazel McCullough of Belton, SC; seven brothers, Leo Sims, Bobby Sims Walter Sims, all of Anderson, SC, Willaford Sims of Belton, SC, Jimmy Sims, Randy Sims and Jerry Sims, all of Anderson, SC; and a host of grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
